Click the ‘Play’ button above to see how exporting is done using Flexquery. The ERP class of queries has been designed with manual connection to an outside accounting or ERP system in mind. A saved layout allows customised exports in just the format required. If this is then connected to My Flexquery, the data can be exported quickly when required.

The Pivot feature allows easy creation of email (or mail) merge data, which can be exported to excel or CSV. This is typically used for an internal bulk emailer or for sending to a marketing company, helping you to make the most of your existing bustomer base.

And Flexquery provides great flexibility when it comes to ‘mining’ or analyzing your customers’ purchases.
