Flexquery V3.95 is now available. This extends the ability to save a layout for regular result sets as well as pivot result sets. A new My Flexquery section shows only the most commonly used queries and can be launched complete with a saved layout.
What this means to the end user is the ability to define their own report layouts complete with filters and grouping and have these layouts launched at the click of a button.
V3.95 also supports the use of the upcoming FQ Datastore to report from as well as direct from the Retail Pro V9 Oracle database. This will allow many queries to run with Retail Pro V8, opening up a whole new world of analysis for users not yet ready for the move to Retail Pro 9, complete with key ratios.
